If you were to name the most creative outlet that you have, what would it be?

It's not one.
What I really need depends on the mood I'm in and how I feel.

The main part of my life ballet has been a huge emotional outlet.
I really miss it terribly. Especially now my body doesn't feel like mine anymore.

There's still a balletdancer inside of me...

Music is one of the other outlets. Bagpiping on the highlandpipes when I want to let the whole world know how I feel. LOL! The noise that thing makes.
Bagpiping on the smallpipes when I'm just feeling like bagpiping. It sounds not so loud. Rather mellow.

But singing is something for me, and playing the flute, or writing.

What spot in your body would you say is the center of your emotional being?

I can't say there's a spot. I don't even know if it's inside my body.
Sometimes it feels like it's even outside my body and it only uses my body to function in this world.

What do you think is the secret to a tranquil soul?

Living in the here and now, close to nature.
Not having expectations and not wanting to fulfill them.
Being kind and caring, without wanting to have something in return.
Being able to enjoy the sounds of nature and the birds, and being able to enjoy the silence completely.
