The Waiting

1. Have you ever stayed online for a very long time waiting for someone?

Oh yes, and more than once.

With friends waking up 7 hours later, it's past midnight here when they come home from work.
Then they have dinner, etc.
So when I want to talk to them that day, it's far in the night.

Well, at the moment I'm waiting for the launch of the Discovery and I hope they won't stop counting otherwise I won't be able to sleep at all.

A woman needs a hobby, doesn't she?
I haven't missed a launch at all.

Wish I could be there....

2. How do you eat oreos?

We only have cookies that resemble them.
I eat one cookie, turn it around, eat as much cookie from around the filling, then try eating cookie away under the filling....

It's the inner child doing this... LOL!

3. Are you cocky?

No, not at all.

4. Did you have an imaginary friend as a kid?

Yes, but no one knew.

5. What t.v. station do you watch the most?

I think it's BBC 1 (English) or one of the national ones.
I love Casualty and Holby City, Country Files and Country Tracks, nature programs, auctions..
Yea, it's BBC 1.

6. Have you ever seen the ocean?

Yes, but that's very long ago.
I was visiting WW2 friends with my dad and the friends and a neighbour took us all over the UK.
He took us over the Horse Shoe Pass and to the other side of Wales.
I'm not sure that part of water is called the Ocean, but it was as close as I've been to it.

7. Have you ever been hospitalized?

Yes.
I was born at a hospital.
When I was 4 I was admitted, and at 8.
And becoming a mom wasn't easy. I had to go to hospital for most of the deliveries. Ugh!

Then I had a stay for the hysterectomy.

Hmmm... that's a lot. Looking back.

8. What's your favorite brand of rootbeer?

We don't have that here.

9. Could you live without a computer?

Well, I'd rather not.
But I can live without, it makes life rather lonely though.
